In order to stay competitive, differentiating cosmetic bottles using complex and high-quality, elaborate decorations is a must. Moreover, the cosmetics brands have to manage growing constraints linked to increasingly small orders and the optimization of the production costs. In order to help its clients meet these market requirements, France-based Machines Dubuit developed Concept 329, a range of three machines adapted to various types of applications: impression on small glass bottles with UV inks and/or enamel and impression on plastic containers with UV ink.

Designed to offer optimal flexibility, these new machines are completely numerical (servo-motors) and allow screen printing decorations without discontinuity on bottles with the most varied shapes (cylindrical, oval, irregular parallelepipeds, half-moon, polygons, etc). The machines are controlled by a servo-motor, and the printing head can print indifferently across (transverse) or bottom to top (longitudinal) of the object, so as to fit to the decor or to the shape of the bottle. In addition, the Concept 329 machines have been designed to reduce change of production times, thanks to their many functionalities: unlimited storage of object programs, entire definition of parameters via touch screen, intuitive interface (Windows environment), and memorization of all production parameters.
